Harry Nuttall gets it in the Nuts

Birgit Cunningham, Founder of Babies For Justice, and single mother, has
been charged with Assault against the father of her child, the Honourable
Harry Nuttall, and will be appearing before the Magistrates Court, 70
Horseferry Road, London W1 at 9.45am Thursday 16th November 2006 (tomorrow).

Ms Cunningham kneed Mr Nuttall in his privates after she lost her Appeal in
the High Court to seek Child Maintenance from Mr Nuttall on October 5th
2006. She was immediately taken to Charring Cross police station for
questioning, but no charges were made and she was released on bail. Mr.
Nuttall eventually decided to press charges.

Miss Cunningham claims that she has suffered five years of provocation and
verbal abuse from Mr Nuttall and that he "bloody well deserved it."

Mr Nuttall, heir to Sir Nicholas Nuttall, the tax exile billionaire who
lives in the Bahamas, currently only pays £5.40 a week after assessment by
the Child Support Agency. However, under the Children's Act of 1987 it was
ruled that Mr Nuttall will not be required to make any child maintenance
payments whatsoever to his son Jack.

Mr. Nuttall, of South Kensington, leads an 'extremely lavish' lifestyle and
this was never taken into account during the trial. At one point Justice
Singer, who was presiding the case, shouted at the plaintiff's Barrister "Do
you seriously expect Mr Nuttall to sell his shooting rifles to pay for child
maintenance?!"

"This is utterly absurd, totally unnecessary and extremely foolish on his
part" says Cunningham. "He has gone too far this time and the seriousness
of his crime, i.e. the blatant hiding all his assets and pleading poverty,
must be addressed. I believe the UK taxpayer would be very interested to
know why Mr Nuttall is not paying child maintenance for his own son and I am
reduced to living on Benefits."
Today Ms Cunningham was interviewed on BBC Radio Five Live to comment on the
Queens Speech and said that the new CSA Bill that the Queen announced will
do absolutely nothing to solve the horrendous problem of child poverty in
the UK.

END

All press, and single parents suffering the injustice caused by the Child
Support Agency and the Children's Act are invited to attend the hearing.
